My Mother

Margarida: The Resilient Mother

Margarida was born in Brazil on March 8th, 1977. When she was a child she lived in the countryside with her parents and a lot of brothers and sisters. Margarida didn't like to stay with all of them, still young with 14 years she started to date with Orimar and moved with him to the city, wishing for a better life.

On August 2nd, 1993, with 16 years she had her first baby and gave him the name José Irisvan it became a difficult moment of her life because she was young but she stayed strong and passed through it because she wanted to be a good mother so she gave her son the best education.

Later on, she started to work as a seamstress, she made and fixed clothes very well and a lot of persons from her neighborhood went to her house asking for her impressive job.

On January 3rd, 2000, with 22 years she had her second child called Antônio Josevan and like her first baby, she took care of him and secured that he would be a good and intelligent person in the future.

In the present, she's still working as a seamstress at home and being a great mother and wife.
